FF Matrix Privacy Policy
FF Matrix is a fantasy football dashboard for iPhone and iPad, operated by Musicshake Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles. In short: the app has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and we do not sell or share personal information.
Information we do not collect
The app does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any identifier to use it. It contains no advertising or analytics software and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Information stored on your device
- Your settings, "My Players", favourites and display preferences are stored in the app's storage on your device.
- The date you first opened the app is stored in your device's Keychain, so the 30-day free period is counted consistently.
- Downloaded data files are cached on your device so the app opens quickly.
This information stays on your device. We cannot see it. Deleting the app removes the app's storage and cache; iOS may keep the Keychain entry until the device is erased.
Data downloads
The app downloads sports data files (scores, statistics, depth charts, headlines) from our content delivery service, hosted by Amazon Web Services (Amazon CloudFront). As with any website, delivering a file requires technical information such as your IP address and the app's user agent. We do not enable access logging for this service and do not use this information to identify you. Amazon processes it as our hosting provider under its own terms.
Purchases
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. We do not receive your payment details or Apple ID. The app only learns from Apple, on your device, whether a subscription is active.
Feedback emails
If you choose to send feedback, the app opens your Mail app with a message addressed to us. We receive only what you send: your email address, your message and the basic app and device details included in the draft, which you can edit before sending. We use it only to reply and to improve the app, keep it no longer than 12 months, and delete it sooner on request.
Links to other sites
News headlines open the publisher's own website in your browser. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can clear the app's cache in Settings, delete the app at any time, and ask us to delete any email you have sent by writing to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

수집하지 않는 정보
앱을 사용하기 위해 이름, 이메일, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 기기 식별자를 요구하지 않습니다. 광고·분석 SDK가 없고, 다른 앱이나 웹사이트에서 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다.
기기에 저장되는 정보
- 설정, My Players, 즐겨찾기, 화면 설정은 기기 안의 앱 저장 공간에 저장됩니다.
- 30일 무료 기간을 일관되게 계산하기 위해 앱을 처음 연 날짜를 기기의 키체인에 저장합니다.
- 빠르게 열리도록 내려받은 데이터 파일을 기기에 캐시합니다.
이 정보는 기기에만 있고 저희는 볼 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱 저장 공간과 캐시가 지워지며, 키체인 항목은 기기를 초기화할 때까지 남을 수 있습니다.
데이터 내려받기
앱은 경기 기록·통계·뎁스차트·뉴스 헤드라인 파일을 Amazon Web Services(Amazon CloudFront)에서 운영하는 저희 콘텐츠 전송 서비스에서 내려받습니다. 일반 웹사이트와 마찬가지로 파일 전송에는 IP 주소, 앱 정보 같은 기술 정보가 필요합니다. 저희는 이 서비스의 접속 로그를 켜지 않으며, 이 정보로 사용자를 식별하지 않습니다. Amazon은 호스팅 제공자로서 자사 약관에 따라 이를 처리합니다.
구매
구독은 Apple을 통해 구매·관리됩니다. 저희는 결제 정보나 Apple ID를 받지 않으며, 앱은 기기 안에서 Apple로부터 구독 활성 여부만 확인합니다.
피드백 이메일
피드백을 보내기로 선택하면 앱이 메일 앱을 열어 저희에게 보내는 메일을 작성합니다. 저희는 사용자가 보낸 내용(이메일 주소, 메시지, 초안에 포함된 앱·기기 기본 정보, 발송 전 수정 가능)만 받습니다. 답장과 앱 개선에만 사용하며 최대 12개월 보관하고, 요청하면 더 일찍 삭제합니다.
외부 링크
뉴스 헤드라인을 누르면 해당 언론사 웹사이트가 브라우저에서 열리며, 그 사이트의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
아동
이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
사용자의 선택
설정에서 캐시를 지울 수 있고, 언제든 앱을 삭제할 수 있으며, 아래 주소로 요청하면 보내신 이메일을 삭제합니다.
변경
방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다.
