Questions
How does the free period work?
Every feature is free for 30 days from the first time you open the app, with no purchase and no payment details. After that, an FF Matrix Pro subscription is required to keep using the app: monthly (US$1.99) or yearly (US$6.99); local prices vary.
How do I subscribe, restore or cancel?
Tap the Free Trial button on the floating card, or open Settings > Subscription. On a new device, tap Restore Purchases there. To switch between monthly and yearly or to cancel, open your device's Settings > your name > Subscriptions and choose FF Matrix; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
How often does the data update?
During games, scores and fantasy points update about every 30 seconds, as fast as our data provider publishes them. Injuries and depth charts update about every two hours; headlines refresh through the day.
Where does the data come from?
Games, scores, player statistics, depth charts, injuries, standings, ADP and projections come from BALLDONTLIE, a commercial sports data service. This is not official league data. Fantasy points are calculated by the app from those statistics. Head coaches are compiled from public sources, including Wikidata. News headlines come from the GDELT Project's news index and open the publisher's own article.
Why don't I see news for my team or player?
Headlines appear only when recent articles name the team. Player headlines show only when a recent team headline names the player in full. Betting and odds stories are left out.
Why doesn't the app show draft history or snap counts?
Our data provider does not include them, so the app leaves them out rather than show incomplete numbers.
A number looks wrong.
Data can be delayed or corrected after games. Tap the refresh button on the floating card. If it is still wrong, send us feedback with the player, team and week.
Is this app affiliated with the NFL?
No. FF Matrix is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams or players.

데이터는 얼마나 자주 갱신되나요?
경기 중에는 스코어와 판타지 점수가 데이터 제공처가 갱신하는 속도에 맞춰 약 30초마다, 부상과 뎁스차트는 약 2시간마다 갱신되고, 뉴스 헤드라인은 하루 동안 수시로 갱신됩니다.
데이터 출처는 어디인가요?
경기·스코어·선수 기록·뎁스차트·부상·순위·ADP·예상 점수는 상업용 스포츠 데이터 서비스 BALLDONTLIE에서 제공받으며, 리그 공식 데이터가 아닙니다. 판타지 점수는 앱이 이 기록으로 직접 계산합니다. 헤드코치는 Wikidata를 포함한 공개 자료로 정리하고, 뉴스 헤드라인은 GDELT Project의 뉴스 색인에서 가져와 각 언론사 기사로 연결합니다.
우리 팀이나 선수의 뉴스가 보이지 않아요.
뉴스는 최근 기사 제목에 팀 이름이 나올 때만 표시됩니다. 선수 뉴스는 팀 기사 제목에 선수의 전체 이름이 나올 때만 표시됩니다. 베팅·배당 관련 기사는 제외합니다.
드래프트 이력이나 스냅 수는 왜 없나요?
데이터 제공처에 해당 정보가 없어서, 불완전한 숫자를 보여주는 대신 표시하지 않습니다.
숫자가 틀린 것 같아요.
경기 후 데이터가 늦게 반영되거나 정정될 수 있습니다. 떠 있는 카드의 새로고침 버튼을 눌러 보시고, 그래도 다르면 선수·팀·주차를 적어 피드백을 보내 주세요.
NFL과 제휴한 앱인가요?
아닙니다. FF Matrix는 독립적으로 제작된 앱으로 NFL, 소속 팀·선수와 제휴하거나 승인받지 않았습니다.
