FF Matrix Terms of Use
1. Agreement
FF Matrix (the "App") is provided by Musicshake Inc. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") and to these Terms, which add terms specific to the App. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs.
2. Free period
You can use every feature of the App free of charge for 30 days from the first time you open it. No purchase or payment details are needed during this period and nothing is charged when it ends. After 30 days, continued use requires an active subscription.
3. Subscription
- Subscriptions: FF Matrix Pro Monthly (one month, US$1.99 in the United States) or FF Matrix Pro Yearly (one year, US$6.99 in the United States), both auto-renewing. Local prices vary and are shown in the App before purchase. You can hold one plan at a time and switch between them in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your device's Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
4. Data and accuracy
Game data, statistics, depth charts, injuries, standings, fantasy market data and projections are provided by BALLDONTLIE, a commercial sports data service. This is not official league data. Head coaches are compiled from public sources, including Wikidata, and news headlines come from the GDELT Project's news index; headlines link to the original publishers. Fantasy points are calculated by the App from the statistics. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided "as is" and "as available" for information and entertainment only. Do not rely on it for betting, wagering or any financial decision.
5. No affiliation
FF Matrix is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the National Football League, its teams or players, the NFL Players Association, BALLDONTLIE, the Wikimedia Foundation, the GDELT Project or Apple. Team and player names are used only to identify public sports information; all trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the App's data, interfere with its servers, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, and Musicshake Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the App's data. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

FF Matrix 이용약관
1. 동의
FF Matrix(이하 "앱")는 Musicshake Inc.(이하 "회사")가 제공합니다. 앱을 내려받거나 사용하면 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Standard EULA)과 앱에 관한 추가 조건인 본 약관에 동의하는 것입니다. 본 약관과 Standard EULA가 충돌하면 Standard EULA가 우선합니다.
2. 무료 기간
앱을 처음 연 날부터 30일 동안 모든 기능을 무료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 이 기간에는 구매나 결제 정보가 필요 없고, 기간이 끝나도 자동으로 결제되지 않습니다. 30일 이후 계속 사용하려면 구독이 필요합니다.
3. 구독
- 상품: FF Matrix Pro Monthly(1개월, 미국 기준 US$1.99) 또는 FF Matrix Pro Yearly(1년, 미국 기준 US$6.99), 모두 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 국가별 가격은 구매 전 앱에 표시됩니다. 한 번에 하나의 요금제만 이용할 수 있으며, Apple ID 구독 설정에서 요금제를 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 구매를 확인하면 Apple ID 계정으로 결제됩니다.
- 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으면 구독이 자동 갱신되며, 현재 기간 종료 전 24시간 이내에 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다.
- 기기의 설정 > 사용자 이름 > 구독에서 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소하면 이후 갱신이 중단되고 현재 기간은 끝날 때까지 유지됩니다.
- 환불은 Apple 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다.
4. 데이터와 정확성
경기 데이터, 기록, 뎁스차트, 부상, 순위, 판타지 시장 데이터와 예상 점수는 상업용 스포츠 데이터 서비스인 BALLDONTLIE가 제공하며, 리그 공식 데이터가 아닙니다. 헤드코치 정보는 Wikidata를 포함한 공개 자료로 정리하고, 뉴스 헤드라인은 GDELT Project의 뉴스 색인에서 가져오며 헤드라인은 원 언론사 기사로 연결됩니다. 판타지 점수는 앱이 기록으로 직접 계산합니다. 데이터는 지연·누락·오류가 있을 수 있으며 정보와 오락 목적으로 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 베팅이나 금전적 판단에 사용하지 마세요.
5. 제휴 관계 없음
FF Matrix는 독립적으로 제작된 앱으로, NFL과 소속 팀·선수, NFL 선수협회, BALLDONTLIE, 위키미디어 재단, GDELT Project, Apple과 제휴·후원·승인 관계가 없습니다. 팀과 선수 이름은 공개 스포츠 정보를 가리키기 위해서만 사용하며 모든 상표권은 각 권리자에게 있습니다.
6. 이용 제한
앱의 데이터를 복제·수집·재판매·재배포하거나, 서버 운영을 방해하거나, 법이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링할 수 없습니다.
7. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한
법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 앱은 어떠한 보증 없이 제공되며, 회사는 간접·부수·결과적 손해나 앱 데이터에 의존해 발생한 손실에 책임지지 않습니다. 본 약관은 법에 따라 포기할 수 없는 사용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
8. 변경
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 위 시행일이 마지막 변경일입니다. 변경 후 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
